📜 Server Rules & Punishments

Every player must follow these rules to keep the server fair, fun, and welcoming for all. Ignorance of rules is not an excuse.

🚫 1. Spamming 
Flooding the chat with repeated messages, using excessive CAPS, or abusing colors is disruptive to gameplay and communication. 
Max Punishment: Kick

🔧 2. Unauthorized Mods/Hacks 
Using any modifications, hacks, or cheats not approved by Rockstar or SA:MP is strictly forbidden. These create unfair advantages. 
Max Punishment: Permanent Ban

🗣  3. Insulting Others 
Abusive, racist, sexist, or hate speech targeting individuals or groups is not allowed. Keep interactions respectful. 
Max Punishment: Ban (5 Days)

🙅 3B. Harassment 
Continuing to provoke or disturb someone after they've asked you to stop is considered harassment. 
Max Punishment: Ban (5 Days)

🛑 3C. Disrespectful Behaviour 
Any kind of disrespect or personal targeting of players, staff, or the owner in-game or on Discord is strictly prohibited. 
Max Punishment: Ban (3 Days)

🔫 4. Deathmatching (DM) 
Killing or damaging others without proper in-game reason is disallowed. This includes random killing and revenge kills. 
Max Punishment: Ban (5 Days) 
DM is allowed only under strict conditions: 
• Maximum 3 attackers may be involved.
• Must be in an isolated area with fewer than 10 players.
• Must inform an admin if available.
• Fights between LEOs vs wanted player(s) do not count as DM.
• Fights between /oskin gang/mafia members are not considered DM.
• Shooting a Hitman in self-defense is not considered DM.

🛑 4B. Spawn Killing 
Attacking players at or near spawn zones gives them no chance to respond or escape. It's unfair gameplay. 
Max Punishment: Ban (5 Days)

🚨 4C. Leo Baiting / Hunting  
Provoking law enforcement just to get wanted level, chased or create conflict is not allowed. Let leos do their role properly.
Max Punishment: Ban (5 Days)

📍 4D. Safezones 
Hospitals and Police Department (PD) spawn points are designated safezones. Engaging in any form of combat within these areas is strictly prohibited. Additionally, do not exploit these locations by running back into them while being chased, using them as shields to avoid combat is disallowed. 
Max Punishment: Ban (3 Days)

🚁 4E. Heliblading 
Using helicopter blades to kill or harm players (heliblading) is not allowed. 
Max Punishment: Ban (3 Days)

🚓 4F. Ramming 
Ramming on-foot players (by wanted suspects or LEOs) is only allowed in reasonable situations. Continuous abuse will be punished.
The reasonable situations include, but are not limited to, when your target/enemy is standing in front of you, shooting at your vehicle, you can ram him and escape, or ram him and get out of your car to fight back.
Max Punishment: Ban (2 Days)

🚧 4G. Roadblock Abuse 
Roadblocks must be placed **on roads**, as the name suggests. Placing them inside interiors (e.g., Pay N Spray, Ammu-Nation, or any non-road indoor location) to block suspects is **not allowed**. 
Additionally, do **not place roadblocks directly in front of a moving vehicle mid-chase** as it causes unrealistic collisions and abuse. 
Max Punishment: Ban (3 Days)

💥 4H. No C4 at Entry/Exit Points 
Planting C4 at entry or exit points — such as red checkpoints or yellow entrance markers — is strictly prohibited. 
Max Punishment: Ban (3 Days)

🚗 4I. Driverless Vehicle Drive-by 
Performing a drive-by from a vehicle without a driver is strictly prohibited, as it is unrealistic and disrupts fair gameplay.
Max Punishment: Ban (3 Days)

🧑 ⚖️ 5. Obey Admins 
Admins manage the server. Their instructions must be followed, even if you disagree. Disobedience leads to removal. 
Max Punishment: Kick

🙊 5B. Don't Reveal Admins 
Admins may go undercover to monitor players. Revealing them compromises server integrity. 
Max Punishment: Mute (30 Minutes)

📣 5C. Report Command Abuse 
Reporting without valid reason is considered command abuse and will lead to punishment. 
Max Punishment: Mute (10 Minutes)

🐞 6. Bug/Command Abuse 
If you discover a bug or glitch, report it immediately. Using it to your advantage will get you punished.
Clarification: Includes any form of Deagle bug abuse such as C-Bug, C-Cut, Litefoot etc.
Max Punishment: Ban (5 Days) 

🏃 7. Punishment Evasion 
Do not log off or use tricks to escape mutes, jails, or other punishments. 
Max Punishment: Ban (5 Days)

📩 8. Use /report Only 
Always report rulebreakers using /report. Do not create drama or spam in public chat. 
Max Punishment: Mute (10 Minutes)

📵 9. Advertising 
Promoting other servers in any form is not allowed. Only links related to Beckzy's server are permitted. 
Max Punishment: Permanent Ban

📛 10. Fake Server Messages 
Don't mimic server announcements (like "Player was banned") using custom messages. It causes confusion. 
Max Punishment: Mute (10 Minutes)

❓ 11. Misleading Players 
Giving false info to new players or misdirecting them from the right gameplay path ruins the experience for others. 
Max Punishment: Ban (3 Days)

🏍  12. Roof Shooting 
Shooting from vehicle roofs is strictly prohibited unless the following conditions are met:
• You're using one of these vehicles: Picador, Yosemite, Sadler, Walton, Bobcat.
• You're using these weapons: 9mm, Silenced Pistol, Tec-9, Uzi. 
• Only 1 shooter is on the roof per such vehicle (as shown in Condition 1).
Max Punishment: Ban (5 Days) 

👤 13. One Account Rule 
Players may only use one account. Trading, sharing, or selling accounts is prohibited. 
Max Punishment: Permanent Ban

🌐 14. VPN/Proxy Use 
Using VPNs or proxies can cause suspicion. Inform the admins before doing so or risk punishment. 
Max Punishment: Permanent Ban

🎭 15. Misguiding Admins 
If you protect rulebreakers or mislead admins during investigations, you will also be punished. 
Max Punishment: Ban (5 Days)

👨 ✈️ 16. Impersonation 
Pretending to be an admin, staff, or another player is not tolerated. 
Max Punishment: Ban (2 Days)

🗨  17. English Only 
Use English in public chats to ensure everyone understands. You may use other languages in private messages. 
Max Punishment: Mute (10 Minutes)

🚷 18. Sensitive Topics 
Avoid politics, war, religion, or race-related discussions. These lead to conflict and ruin the vibe. 
Max Punishment: Mute (30 Minutes)

✈️ 19. Hydra/Hunter Use 
These vehicles should only be used against airborne or water-based threats—not people on foot. 
Max Punishment: Ban (4 Days)

⏱️ 20. Respawn Cooldown 
After dying in a shootout, wait 5 minutes before returning to combat to prevent spawn-killing. 
This rule applies even if the death was due to a SAMP glitch or shown as suicide. 
Max Punishment: Ban (5 Days)

🏚  21. Interior Abuse 
Hiding inside **locked or inaccessible** interiors(which also includes, but is not limited to lockups) while wanted is disallowed. Public, open and 0.3.DL interiors are allowed.
Max Punishment: Kick

🏢 22. Org Role Abuse 
Using org tools or commands outside your intended role is disallowed. 
Max Punishment: Ban (5 Days)

🚔 22B. Selling Org C4 
LEOs may not sell or provide organizational C4 to any player. 
Max Punishment: Ban (3 Days)

🚔 23. Fake Jail/Unwant 
Issuing jail or unwant commands without valid reason harms roleplay and balance. 
Max Punishment: Ban (24 Hours)

🔫 24. Deagle & Combat Shotgun Drive-by 
Shooting from vehicles with Desert Eagle or Combat Shotgun is unrealistic and banned. 
Max Punishment: Ban (4 Days)

🎪 25. Event Disruption 
Do not interrupt or troll server-hosted events. Let everyone enjoy. 
Max Punishment: Ban (3 Days)

🤖 26. Automation/Macro 
Scripting actions (e.g., fishing, farming) for AFK gain is unfair and prohibited. 
Max Punishment: Ban (7 Days)

🏛  27. Jail Camping 
Do not linger at jail exits or interiors waiting to attack or trap players. 
Max Punishment: Ban (3 Days)

💰 28. Bribery Abuse 
Bribes are only valid via proper checkpoints. No forceful or trick bribes allowed. 
Max Punishment: Ban (24 Hours)

📦 29. Object Spam 
Spamming objects to trap/block players or interiors is considered abuse. 
Max Punishment: Ban (3 Days)

🚪 30. Jail Escape = No Re-want 
Once you escape jail, you do NOT get wanted again automatically. Don't argue otherwise. 
Max Punishment: Ban (3 Days)

🚗 31. Vehicle Recovery Rule 
If your org vehicle is destroyed, you are allowed to use any other vehicle to return to your headquarters.

💼 32. Scamming 
Financial scamming of any kind or amount is strictly prohibited.
Max Punishment: Ban (3 Days)

🎯 33. Hitman Engagement Rule 
Do NOT shoot a hitman unless they shoot or visibly follow/chase you. Preemptively shooting them without cause is considered DM. 
Max Punishment: Ban (2 Days)

🏃 34. Chase Logout/Evading Stars or Hitman 
Logging out —or committing suicide by any means (Using fall damage, drowning, C4s, Car Blasts, or similar tricks to avoid getting caught)—while being chased by a LEO or Hitman to evade arrest or death is strictly prohibited. If you die due to a bug while wanted, the 5-minute cooldown still applies — but LEOs can instantly re-want you, and Hitmen can resume the chase after the cooldown ends. 
Max Punishment: Ban (3 Days)

Proposed version:
⚠️ Rules may be updated anytime. Repeated violations will lead to harsher penalties.
 The admin team reserves the right to alter these rules at any time. Any changes will be taken into effect immediately. Maximum punishment may extend if the rule has been broken several times consecutively, or by the choice of the admin. The administration further reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary to maintain the fairness, integrity, and enjoyment of the server, even if the behavior is not explicitly covered by the rules listed above. Players must comply with all administrative decisions without dispute. Attempts to exploit loopholes or engage in conduct that promotes toxicity and disrupts the community may result in punishment at the sole discretion of the admins.⚠️

• Rule No. 4G – Drive-by Clarification (It is now allowed to drive-by on foot players generally)
• Rule No. 30B – Escape Cooldown (In cases when you escape from jail, you now no longer need to wait 5 minutes to rejoin the bomber)
• Rule No. 6B – Combat Shotgun Ban (Combat shotgun ban is removed and it is now allowed as org weapon and to /civil people)
