Suggestion to modify /events

Hi,
1.   In event Duel(1v1) there is CHAINSAW that I think should be replaced with RIFLE
     because RIFLE is back in organisations and CHAINSAW is just useless.
     
2.   In event Ganton War two weapons  SPAZ and SNIPER  are given. Since SPAZ is disabled
     again and DEAGLE is back, so I think DEAGLE should replace SPAZ.

I agree for sure
I also suggest adding a SMG for San fiero pier attack event instead of Ak-47. We would like to try a new weapons
