Time to give someone who does not have the chance to pay for it themselves, the opportunity to win ultimate VIP!

Requirements goes as follows:

- You must've been active the day or two days before we select the winner.

Latest:

- The number of required votes for each /vote type has been changed to online_players / 2 + 1
- When a prison door is bombed prisoners have 60 seconds to escape before the door is restored and they're sent back to their cells. A timer will display the number of seconds remaining before the door is restored
- Added /eatfish as a quicker way to eat your fish
- Fixed bomb explosions happening slightly under ground level
- Fixed the gas station at Redsands West didn't have an ATM; and repositioned the refuel checkpoint
- If you try to plant a bomb at a prison exit door and you already recently bombed one, you will be asked if you're sure you want to plant it

A few more:

- Added explosives to /frisk and /takeitem
- The sales of materials, weapons, drugs and explosives are logged
- Added number of active user accounts and number of deleted accounts to /stats > Server Stats
- Added number of times arrested to the leader board
- Fixed editing an account note creating a new invalid note instead
- Fixed editing a cellphone contact number
