Rule Additions/Modifications [21/06/2026]:

Gang / Mafia Rules

1. Territories / Zones
  • Official Gang/Mafia will have 1 additional zone reserved for territory wars. If a territory war is won, the Gang/Mafia will have a total of 4 zones.

Gang War Rules

1. Declaring a Gang War over an HQ:
  • The HQ war consists of 3 rounds (Best of 3), all overseen by an OMT admin.
  • The attacking organisation must attempt 3 attacks; best of 3 standards will apply. If the attacking organisation successfully defeats the defending organisation twice, they gain control of the territory but must defend one round of attack from the defending organisation afterwards.
         NOTE: If the defending team successfully defeats the attacking team's defence of the recently accumulated territory (obtained by two successful
         attacks), then the territory will remain as a part of the defending team.
  • If the defending organisation successfully defend two attacks, the territory war will be concluded in the defending organisation's favour.
  • Attackers may restore health and armour only after each round and are not allowed to heal or revive during rounds. Defenders have no such restrictions during the rounds.
          NOTE: The rule mentioned above is inverted as the attacking organisation defends the territory they just won and the defending organisation
          attempts to regain their territory.
  • Allied organisations may provide support to either organisation (Attacking or defending) if both parties agree to it beforehand.

Recent:

- User accounts older than 12 months with 0 score are automatically deleted
- Changed the death animation when decapitating a player
- Added a "face palm" animation to /actions
- Joined organization dates are now stored as year and day, as opposed to year, month, and date (making it one less variable to read from / write)
- You must wait 7 days after being kicked from an organization before making a new request
- (Code optimizations) Changed many value comparisons into chained comparisons

Update, 22/05/2026:

  • Rule 12B. Roof surfing is not allowed, unless it is for getting back to hq in case of a vehicle being destroyed.
    Rule 12 is to be strictly considered while exercising rule 12B.

- Added a AT-400 to Las Venturas airport
- Bomb planting and detonating are both now logged
- Admins can change vehicle dealership vehicles and colors (test drive vehicles are exempt)
- Moved LV prison to Whitewood Estates
- Vote types can only be triggered once in 60 seconds
- Added vote type "Reload/change dealership vehicles"
- Players are informed when they're kicked for using a VPN

- Fixed being stuck frozen after dying in prison
- Moved "Dead in" text (when in dying state) to the bottom centre of the screen
- Jailed messages include the assigned prison location
- Each prison can be individually toggled. A prison can't be disabled if occupied by a prisoner. If an offline prisoner joins the server and their previous prison is disabled, they'll be sent to the next nearest prison. There must be at least one prison enabled at all times
- Fixed mod shop default camera view offsets changing slightly after respraying or purchasing a component
- Reversed the X camera offsets in the Doherty garage VIP mod shop to give a better view of the vehicle
- Removed the glitched light beams object from Doherty garage VIP mod shop
- Pressing Enter/Return will re-show the login/register dialog
- Law enforcers are informed when a player bribes the police

- Re-added Los Santos prison, whilst also keeping San Fierro prison (both are in unique worlds and are enabled simultaneously)

My LEI For FBI: my intrest of wanting to join fbi is to know how things work here as else where i was FBI In Charge which is lead FBI agent "r100" and i would like to just work my way up into fbi to also give my skills and knowledge about what i know so far and i hope i get accepted
